Shipping Rates and Policies
Solerra.com ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses.
FREE Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via USPS or Standard Ground Shipping service only.
FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages, and International Addresses.

USP Ground Shipping
This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and International addresses.
USPS and USPS Priority and Express
This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air
This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii addresses only.
Solerra Processing Time
Orders received by 12PM CST (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day.
Orders received after 12PM CST or on Saturday and Sunday is normally processed the next business day.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are calculated based on the total package weight and the destination address/postal code.
Shipping Restrictions
Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the chart above for available Shipping Methods for your address.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.
Hazardous Materials
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

Order Changes / Cancellations
To best serve you, Solerra.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Returns
Returning Solerra.com Purchases
- Solerra is dedicated to bringing you a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not satisfied with a product, we ask that you contact us and share your experience.
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 20 days of the Order Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Solerra.com.
- All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number). To obtain return authorization and a valid RGA# please call 877.729.8267
- All returned items must be received in original resalable condition, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or miss-shipped by Solerra.com.
- Solerra cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
